Privacy
Short version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to reply and to deliver licences, and I don't sell it or track you around the web.
What I collect
- Messages and quote requests. Your name, email and anything you write in the forms. Forms are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms.
- Licence purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe. I see your name, email and the project details you enter at checkout. I never see your full card number.
- Email. Anything you send to ben@benwatersmusic.com.
What I don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics that follow you across sites.
- I don't sell or share your information, except with the services above so they can do their job.
Embedded videos
Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode or Vimeo, and only after you press play. Those services have their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
Licence records are kept as long as the licence is in force and for tax records (in Canada, six years). Other messages are kept only as long as they're useful.
